Julie Bonner connects partners, vendors, and investors to the FreeFall intelligent antenna system. After spending over a decade working in design and marketing for brands and startups, Julie continues to love working with people to provide the solutions that will help them.

Julie has created marketing campaigns and collateral for national corporations like Mister Car Wash and Clear Channel Outdoor, to Tucson-based start-ups and non-profits. She has been awarded the Tucson AdFed Next Generation Award for making a significant impact on the advertising industry through leadership, career achievements and personal qualities, which also inspire others to excel. She is also active in the StartUp Tucson and Local First Arizona organizations.

Julie holds a Bachelors of Science in Graphic Design from Drexel University and a Masters in Business.

Charles D Wickens, CCE currently serves as Mayo Clinic’s Section Head Leader for the Healthcare Technology Management Division.  Charles previously served in various leadership roles in medical technology design, manufacturing, and with Massachusetts General Hospital.   Charles earned his undergraduate engineering degree at Northeastern University and advanced degree at Villanova University.   Charles is an Internationally Certified Clinical Engineer, is actively involved in peer reviewed publications as well as serves as an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University and Maricopa Community College.  Charles enjoys chatting about engineering with grammar school students and routinely presents at local elementary schools.
 

Nicole Hill joined the Flinn Foundation in November 2023 as Program Manager, Bioscience Roadmap & Research. Nicole has worked in research involving human subjects during her entire professional career, most recently in oncology and neurological clinical research.

Before joining the Foundation, Nicole held the position of Program Manager for Neurosurgery Clinical Research at Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and several positions at Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers, including Training & Compliance Specialist. She also contributed to a variety of projects, including research on simulator-based training, as a contractor with the U.S. Air Force. She has a passion for providing opportunities for research growth and education through personal relationships and through her service with the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Phoenix chapter.

Lindsey is a seasoned business leader with nearly two decades of experience in energy, finance, and commercial risk management. As Senior Business Development Lead for Renew Energy Partners, she helps companies finance and implement large-scale decarbonization projects, including microgrids, solar, EV infrastructure, and water treatment. She holds a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is deeply involved in her community, serving as a Fiesta Bowl Yellow Jacket and on the Board of Directors for AZCREW. A passionate golfer, Lindsey also enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her Great Dane, Atlas.

Outside of work, I share life with my fiery redhead Krissy—my wife, best friend, and daily source of strength and laughter—as we navigate life’s adventures with our 7 amazing kids (yes, 7!).

I once dreamed of pitching in the majors and played college ball until a torn UCL ended that chapter. Coaching my kids and watching them play has brought even more joy than being on the mound ever did.

In rare moments of free time, you’ll find me riding my motorcycle, playing chess, bowling, shooting pool, or enjoying a well-poured Guinness.
