Event Description:
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to next week’s Arizona Photonics Days!
 
Here is your 5-point checklist to attend the event:
 
1.  IMPORTANT!  COVID-19 protocols require proof of vaccination (or negative test) and mask
Optics Valley is committed to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for attendees, staff, and presenters.
  • To enter the conference venue, all attendees and staff are required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event from a medical facility.
  • All attendees and staff are required to wear a three-ply disposable mask, KN95, or KF94 mask unless actively eating, drinking or presenting. Cloth masks alone are not allowed although may be worn over a medical-grade mask to enhance fit.
  • Registrants will be notified if any updates to these protocols.
 
2.  IMPORTANT!  Venue changed to the Event Center at UA Tech Park at Rita Road
Due to space limitations, the conference has relocated to a larger venue:

Building 9030 West Entrance
Use Parking Lot 3, follow the foot path and look for signs
 
3.  Group transportation from Aloft Tucson University Hotel
We are working on providing transportation for guests staying at the Aloft. Stay tuned.
