MAP - From Kolb road, turn into the UA Tech Park. Go straight at the 4-way stop sign. Turn left at the "T" junction. Park towards the north end of Lot # 9 (on the left) for building 9032. 
(If you turn in from Rita Road, turn left at the very first 4-way stop and follow that road all the way around the Tech Park following the signs to building 9032.  At the 4-way stop turn right.  Then turn left at the "T" junction.  Park toward the north end of Lot #9.)
